About Mr. Gurung

I consider myself a "global citizen".
This identity was formed by my experiences growing up in different countries and cultures
with diverse groups of people. This also shaped me to be a creative lifelong learner, resilient and a people person, but I never imagined I would become a teacher.

My motivation was only activated when I went back to Nepal in 2010.
I was a fresh medical graduate volunteering in a remote region in the mountains.
The experience there was a revelation -
even education could save lives!

Since then, I have been working to make a positive impact on learners. I love empowering and encouraging my students through real-world meaningful projects, experiential learning, and collaborative and transdisciplinary approaches.
